Dana 15040S R5.38 Differentials

Every Dana 15040S R5.38 differential is remanufactured following a rigorous standardized process that utilizes new Dana spec components such as bearings, thrust washers, snap rings, and shims. Ring carriers are checked for run out and all ring gears are dismounted and reinstalled with a new bolt kit. All bearing bores are checked against factory tolerances. All parts and components of our remanufactured 15040S R5.38 meet or exceed Dana’s specifications.
