Terms and Conditions
Upon processing the Drive Train DecoderTM order, the customer shall receive an email confirmation. An invoice will be submitted when the order is complete.
Warranty
A copy of our Limited Warranty is available by request. All warranty work must be authorized in advance and/or performed by an authorized service center.
Returns and Credits
We cannot accept merchandise returned without an original invoice. All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of the origninal invoice, there will be a 15% restocking charge on all merchandise returned due to customer error. Special ordered parts are not returnable.
All credit invoices/memoranda and other account credits may be applied solely to future purchases of merchandise or services.
All credit invoices/memoranda and other account credits shall expire and will no longer be redeemable one year after the date of issue.
Other
All manufacturers' names, numbers, symbols and descriptions are used for reference purposes only and it is not implied that any part listed is the product of the manufacturer.
Past due accounts will be assessed a service charge at the rate of 1.5% per month.
