To our valued TransAxle customers,
We hope that this note finds you and your employees safe, well, and healthy. COVID-19 has created uncertainty and anxiety across our country and in our industry. As the Coronavirus spread has accelerated, we are receiving questions about our business operations, especially due to the recent “stay at home” orders in a number of states in which we operate.
TransAxle is deemed to be an essential, critical and life-sustaining business under all state and federal standards and, barring some unforeseen circumstances, we plan to continue our operations to serve you. We recognize the importance that we help keep the trucks on the road to deliver essential goods to people in your areas and beyond.
We are pleased to report that as of today, we are not seeing any disruptions in our supply chain, including production, domestic shipping, and warehouse operations. Nothing is more important than supporting our customers AND maintaining the health and safety of our employees and our customers. We are emphasizing to each TransAxle employee the need to act responsibly by practicing social distancing and using good judgement both at our places of business and when visiting your places of business. We have also taken the additional step of closing our Branch locations to walk-in traffic. Our Branches are still fully staffed to answer calls and take orders. We will provide curbside service for our customers who need to pick items up. Thank you for understanding. Our TransAxle Team stands ready to support you.
In closing, please know our thoughts and prayers are with you, your families, your staff, and your communities through these trying times. Together, we will all persevere.
Thank you for your understanding.Sincerely,
The TransAxle Senior Leadership Team

David Gordon – CFO
