Dave Olsen – Chief Executive Officer 25+ years of commercial vehicle aftermarket experience including 11 years at ArvinMeritor culminating as GM North American aftermarket business unit. Previously spent 5 years as President of Workhorse Custom Chassis where he built Uptime Parts as Workhorse’s central parts division.
David Gordon – Chief Financial Officer 30+ years of finance and accounting experience in the commercial vehicle aftermarket. Joined TransAxle in 1985 as Controller. During his Career, David has been instrumental in the growth of organization from a one location family-owned company to a 21 location, private equity owned firm.
Doug Everett – Vice President of Sales 20+ years in the Industrial Heavy Equipment / Commercial Truck industry including 7 years as General Manager of multiple Heavy Equipment Off Hwy O.E. Dealerships. Joined TransAxle in June of 2013 as the Southern Regional Manager based in NC. Took on additional responsibility as Director of Sales which led to Doug’s current position as Vice President of Sales.
Lou Dimaria – General Manager of Off Highway & Hydraulics 25+ years of experience in heavy duty truck parts and service. Lou started his career as a technician before taking his first position with the company as the Branch Manager of Bridgeport, PA, which opened in 1990. In 1994, he went on to open his second branch in Pittsburgh, PA. In 2009, Lou took on additional responsibility as the Service Director. In 2014, he became the Western Regional Manager while continuing to act as the Branch Manager in Pittsburgh, PA. On January 1st of 2016, Lou took on the role of General Manger of Off Highway & Hydraulics.
Mike Delmonico – Director of Operations 30+ years of experience in the heavy duty truck parts aftermarket. Mike started his career with TransAxle as a shop apprentice for 2 years. He then successfully led the start up and management of a new branch location for 5 years. From 1992 until 2006, Mike served as Shop Manager in Cinnaminson. From 2006 to the present Mike has served in his current role as Operations Manager for the Cinnaminson facility.
Mark C. Wilkins – Director of Materials 25+ years of supply chain management experience in a wide variety of industries including aerospace, appliances, electronics and precision optics. Mark also has a background in Engineering. He joined TransAxle in 2014 to utilize his ERP systems experience to optimize customer service and efficient manufacturing support.
Keith Loura – General Manager of Allison and Light Duty Transmissions 30+ years of experience with automatic transmission remanufacturing. Keith joined TransAxle in 2010 when the company acquired New England Transmission in South Portland, Maine where Keith was the operations manager. Keith has been a long time member of the Technical Automotive Specialist Committee (T.A.S.C.), ATRA and a professor of automotive technologies at Southern Maine Community College. Keith manages our Allison production facility while overseeing our Light Duty Transmission shop in Maine.
